James Anderson, MPT, PRC is a professional movement and performance consultant with over 20 years of experience working directly with all types of sports performance, rehabilitation and fitness professionals both nationally and internationally. He currently resides in St. George, Utah and is a partner and lead performance consultant with Applied Integration Consulting (AIC), providing expert consultation in both amateur and professional settings across all parts of the United States, Canada and in both Europe and Asia. His areas of expertise include Respiration, Neurology and Biomechanics, with special emphasis on Sports Performance, Spine Rehab and difficult Chronic Pain cases.
James’ expertise in biomechanics and movement analysis has led to opportunities to serve as sports performance consultant for a wide variety of professional and collegiate athletic organizations, including MLB, PGA, PGA European Tour, PGA Champions Tour, NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, MLS, English Premier League, UFC, The US Department of Defense and NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Athletics in the Big 10, Pac 12, SEC, ACC and Big 12 Conferences. He currently serves as the Performance Director for Team DGF, a performance and training group that provides expert physical therapy, strength & conditioning and golf fitness training for US and International PGA Tour Pros.

James received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he majored in Kinesiology. He was a member of the first class to complete the 3-year post-graduate certification PRC from the Postural Restoration Institute® in 2003 and he currently serves as a faculty member and course instructor, sits on the Board of Certification and serves as the Director of the PRI Affiliate Program. In this capacity, he has collaborated with experts from various disciplines to develop several professional courses for the institute, including PRI Integration for Baseball, PRI Integration for Fitness and Movement, PRI Integration for Pilates, PRI Integration for Geriatrics, PRI Integration for Pediatrics and is working to develop PRI Integration for Rotational Athletics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
